Dozco India acquires ITM Dozco (India) Pvt. Ltd

Dozco India Pvt. Ltd. has announced the acquisition of ITM Dozco (India) Pvt. Ltd., which will be renamed as Dozco Tracks Pvt. Ltd. and made a wholly-owned subsidiary. This development reflects the company’s renewed focus on enhancing its manufacturing operations.

Dozco Tracks Pvt. Ltd., which has its registered office and manufacturing unit at Autonagar in Visakhapatnam, will continue to specialise in producing high-quality undercarriage components for construction and mining equipment. The company aims to expand its market presence and cater to the growing demand for reliable, durable, and innovative equipment solutions both locally and globally.

“This renaming is a milestone in our journey to reinforce our identity as a trusted manufacturer and supplier in the industry,” said director N.G. Bangur in a statement.

Dozco Tracks Pvt. Ltd. operates from its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Visakhapatnam, and is equipped to meet the dynamic needs of its customers in the construction and mining sectors, the release added.
