Popees Baby Care Products to open 42 stores in FY26

Popees Baby Care Products Pvt. Ltd. has announced plans to add 42 stores during FY26 as a part its expansion strategy in South India. 

The expansion would be in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and also one store each in all metro and other large cities in the country, the company said.

The company has announced the opening of 4 stores in Kerala in this month. 

It is also gearing up to enter Abu Dhabi & Sharjah by opening 2 showrooms in Sahara Centre Sharjah and Dalma Mall in Abu Dhabi, it said.

Shaju Thomas, Chairman & MD, Popees Group said, “We would like to position our company as a retailer rather than a distributor, our share of retail revenues are going to be steadily increasing during the current year and year’s to come.”

“The current expansion envisaged is expected to propel us to being one of the largest national baby & childcare brand,” he said.

“Going forward, we will also add more SKUs like footwears, high value toys like remote cars etc to explore their immense potential,” he added.
